Update:
*it is definitely operational and brand new upon checking the console none of the cables or anything had been opened everything is sealed the console itself was open but when checked there had been no use of it no dust or residue in the ports of cable entries, it has its official Nintendo logo stamps on the console showing the date of manufacture and the date on the box to show.
